Doxazo Camp is a one-week day camp for elementary and middle school age students designed for students to grow personally and spiritually through fun activities, worship, speakers, and small groups. At Doxazo Camp, students can build healthy relationships with both peers and older men and women through activities and small groups; participate in a variety of age-appropriate activities; and listen to speakers about the theme of camp at a level that is age-appropriate to the group. We currently divide Doxazo Camp into boys and girls as well as elementary (incoming first graders through fourth graders) and middle school (incoming fifth graders through eighth graders). Our middle school weeks are July 16th – 19th and July 23rd – 26th and our elementary week is July 30th - August 2nd. It costs $100 to attend Doxazo Camp and registration closes on July 1st. For middle schoolers, please choose one week of Camp to attend. If finances are a barrier for you, please click here to apply for a scholarship. Please click here to see a list of FAQs.
Students who are entering their freshman year of high school and older are welcome to apply to be counselors during one or more weeks of Doxazo Camp. As a counselor at Doxazo Camp, you can be expected to engage with the campers in a healthy, age-appropriate way, lead a small group, and participate in activities after Camp designed to help you recharge and grow personally. Counselor positions are open to students entering their sophomore year of high school or older. Students who are entering their freshman year of high school would serve as counselors in training (CITs) during one or more weeks of Doxazo Camp and would be expected to help set-up/tear-down camp, preparing and serving lunch, and assisting in running activities under the direction of our CIT Coordinator. They would also be allowed to participate in the evening activities. The weeks of Camp are July 15th - 19th, July 22nd - 26th, and July 30th - August 2nd. Counselors and CITs are expected to be onsite from 9 am - 9 pm on Monday and 7:45 am - 7 pm on Tuesday through Friday. Lunch and dinner is included each day. It costs $50 to attend one week of Doxazo Camp as either a counselor or CIT and applications close July 1st. Please click here to apply or here to view our list of FAQs.
